I have a truly awful middle name and I never use it. I don't even like saying it out loud or typing it!
DH works at a hospital and everything he signs electronically displays his first, middle and last name.

Most of the time I forget I have a middle name. I don't ever use it for anything unless something specifically calls for it. I don't mind using it though...it's Caitlin, which is pretty uneventful haha.

I never use my middle name. For a long time I wanted to use my middle name as the name for my future daughter because I love it but never get to use it.

Yep! Both of 'em. My original middle name is now my business name (First Middle Photography) because my last name was way too hard for people to remember/pronounce/spell. When I got married though I decided to drop my original middle name legally and replace it with my maiden name. I use my full current name on any legal documents and also at work (lawyer by day, photog by night/weekend) because I want people I went to law school with or who I dealt with prior to getting married to recognize my name.

I don't ever use it but I really love my middle name! In high school I even tried to get people to call me by my middle instead but it didn't stick.

When I sign my name I use the initial (of my maiden middle name, now, but I also did it with my old middle name). I also use it that way for some usernames (like my IG is sdmck, the D being my middle initial).
Other than that, no. I was kinda meh about my middle name before I changed my maiden name to it, and I'm okay with my maiden name, but I just LOVE the way my first and last names sound together, and the middle just chops it up.

I rarely use my whole middle name, but I always include my middle initial when I sign my name. To me, my signature looks naked without it.

Nope. In fact, I often forget that I changed it to my maiden name. It's a little startling to see a different initial there!

I go by my middle name. I think my middle name suits me more than my first name. But then again my mom and I have the same first name.

Not unless something asks for it specifically. I used to have one credit card that had my middle initial on it, but I didn't choose it to appear like that (I don't think).

I haaaaaaaaaaaate my middle name and never use it for anything. Not even my initial. I don't think it's even on my driver's license.

My middle is my maiden, so I use it a lot, especially professionally.
