I know some families that take a lot of video footage of their kids and some that never use videocameras and only take photos. Where do you fall?

We own a videocamera, but I rarely use it. I'm never sure what to videotape, and I don't like having tons of video footage that never gets watched. My husband has hours and hours of home movies from when he was a kid, but he has no interest in watching it. I have very little footage of me as a kid, and sometimes I wish there was more, but I'm really more interested in the photos. I love taking pictures, and I always carry a nice quality camera around with me, but if you give me a videocamera, I don't know what to do with it.

If you use a videocamera, do you only film special moments, or do you try to get day-to-day footage? Does one parent take pictures while the other films, or does one juggle both? Do you wish you took more or less video footage than you currently do?
