I don't actively watch Dr. Oz, but it always seems to come on after the end of something (background TV noise) and then I get SUCKED in when the show gets going.

DH calls him a fear-monger, and I think it's true there are a lot of scare tactics. Then again, I really love all the tips on supplements, etc. But then I'll end up going to Whole Foods or Amazon and buying a crap-load of supplements. I think everyone would end up taking 30 pills a day or be eating a butt-load of "antioxidant rich foods" everyday to ward off every disease on his show. lol

I should just turn it off really...
