We are a few months away from some of our most heated arguments....DH refuses to wear a helmet when he snowboards and it pisses me off.
Do you wear a helmet when you bike? snowboard? etc?

when I boke, YES, and so do DH and Liv. When we ski/snowboard, no, but now I probably will. And Liv is too young for that, but if we bring her skiing, she will have a helmet...and be wraped in pillows and bubble wrap lol

I do sometimes with biking. It depends where I am and if there are a lot of cars. Like biking around my neighborhood? No.
Skiing, no. I'm not that good and go on the easy slopes. If I was an advanced skier or boarder, then I would.

@Andrea: DH is an "extreme" snowboarder and he goes off trails and does tricks and I worry so much when he is on the slopes!

@autumnlove: This is too funny because I made a mental note to post about helmets today on HB when I got in to work. DH and I have had many heated exchanges about this. This morning he was late so he biked to work--I left a couple of minutes before him and he passed me on his bike and I yelled out, "You should be wearing a helmet!" People on the sidewalk probably thought I was some crazy lady!
I told him I will never forgive him if he gets hurt while riding his bike without a helmet.

Yes. I fell off of my bike while riding around in the neighborhood. I freaked out because there was a car behind me, and I ran into the curb. Luckily my glasses broke my fall or else I would have suffered much more than a bruise and scraped cheek. Now I wear my helmet every time and so does DH. I live in a college town, and I get so upset every time I see someone riding on their bike without a helmet.

We wear helmets when we ride our bikes, but don't when we go skiing/snowboarding.
