I don't love group work, but I absolutely need team members to bounce ideas off of and verbally walk through problems.

Independently.... too bad I am constantly forced to work with a group or "with supervision" AKA my principal WATCHING us lesson plan in a computer lab.

Indepemdently. Working in a group is actually one of my biggest weaknesses. DH hates trying to work with me because I take over everything! I'm working on it

Independently. But the nature of my work makes it a solo operation from the get go.

Depends on the task, but I find I actually work better in a group at the moment. The reason is because the group is made up of some really great people.

I much prefer to work independently, but I don't know that I always work *better* that way.

I can work well in both situations, as long as I am the leader in the group situation.

Independently. I have control issues, so working in a group is hard for me.
