I went back to work when my LO was 3.5 months old. I struggled the first month but now I am happy to work FT!

I'm still pregnant, but once I have the baby, I plan to be a SAHM. I'm not voting yet since I'm leaving my options open and you never know!
It would be interesting to expand the poll to include things like, I work but would prefer to SAHM, and I am a SAHM but would prefer to work. But maybe I'm being too nitty gritty, I just think it's interesting.

I went back to work when LO was just over 3 months old. Like @autumnlove I definitely struggled at first, but I do enjoy being at work. I commend those who are SAHMs...I don't think I could do it 24/7. Ideally, I'd love to work PT or work from home more, but we'll see what comes my way!

I'm a SAHM currently. We had moved right before I got pregnant for DH's job and it was only temporary and short term so it was hard for me to really get a job. Now we're settled here but we could afford for me to stay at home so we both decided it was the best option. Some days it is hard but I do love being able to see LO all the time.

I work outside the home. Like @autumnlove and @2peasinapod, I don't know if I could be SAHM. I thought that I would hate working since having LO, but I enjoy it especially since I changed duties right as I returned. I'm no longer bored with work.

I work. I was at home with LO for 6.5 months. No way I could SAH full time.

I SAH for now. May look for part time work at some point.

I'm currently a SAHM mom. I may work part time eventually but I'm happy to be staying at home full time now

Two part-time jobs; one WOH, one WAH!

I am a SAHM. I am super happy with my decision because the job I left was in no way engaging. Had I had a job I loved, I actually would have waited longer to have a child.

I returned to FT work around the time LO was 4 months. I'm still adjusting to being back at work (LO is 8.5 months).

Still pregnant, but planning on going back to school for nursing instead of going back to work. Will see how that pans out!
