I can't remember, but I'm pretty sure my back didn't hurt much when I was pregnant with LO.
This time around, it's SO bad come night time.
I think it might be due to the fact that I carry my 24+lb'er around, so today I haven't picked her up. Just lots of hugs and cuddles while sitting. So far back feels great. Curious to see if it hurts at night though!

I have had horrible, awful back pain. I don't have a LO though, so I'm not really sure why it's so bad 
I do nanny a 1.5 year old (and 4 y/o), but it started wayyy before I was lifting her on a regular basis.

My back pain is unbearable at times (like right now for example!). And my hips get really achy too. It sucks. I have no LO to blame though. I think my body just doesn't love pregnancy. Only 12 more weeks....

I had bad back pain with both pregnancies. The only thing that helped me was doing stretches every night. UGH. Glad that's over!

@chopsuey119: same! Last time around it didn't really hurt, at least not until the very end. This time my back hurts every day...I agree it's probably from carrying LO around!

I agree. My back hurts this time but not last time. It must be from lifting/carrying the LO so I try not to.
