I got a serious ankle injury playing sports in high school, and ever since then... my ankle often gives way when I'm walking down the street! It's embarrassing... in my mind, I'm striding confidently down the street like a tiger, but in reality sometimes I just trip on an air pocket and almost fall over.

I'm starting to run more so I looked into what I can do, and apparently there are exercises that will strengthen your ankle:
