I cook with a lot of fats and do not watch what I eat too much. I do garden and grow/ can a lot of our food so a lot of what we eat is organic, but many nights our meals are low on veggies. I dont do any extra excercise beyond my daily farm work and activities. I am lucky that my body hasn't gained any excessive amounts based on these habits and I still fall within the healthy BMI. I know so many people who eat healthier and excercise much more than I do but have a higher BMI. I really don't feel like BMI is a good judge of overall health. Do your food and exercise habits reflect in your body size accurately?
