Most of our local friends have two kids and only want two... one friend wants four though! I am impressed by her ambition... I don't think I could survive four!
How many kids do you want... and how many do your friends want?

We want two kids, and I think most of our friends want 2, as well. Two of the couples have already reached their magic number (2 kids) and have stopped trying for more. The rest either don't have kids yet, or only have 1.
Only one girlfriend wants 3+ kids, and she currently has two (about 5 years apart), and another girlfriend only wanted one (she was 35+ when she was pregnant with her baby).

A majority of my friends want 2 (I'd say around 75% of my friends). The rest want just one. I don't know anyone personally who wants more than 2!

Most people we know want at least 2 kids. We know some with more though. We want 2 kids, like the majority.

We go back and forth between 2 and 3. I'm leaning more towards 2 though. I so tired.

A bunch of my friends (and myself included) keep saying we want 4...But "want" and "able to handle" are very different things.

We don't have a lot of friends with kids. The ones who have them are okay with what they have - 1 or 2. The ones who don't have kids either don't want them or aren't in a relationship where they CAN have them yet!

I think almost everyone we know wants one or two, like us. We are still undecided. I have one friend with three but the third was a BIG surprise.

majority of 2-3 like us, I do have one that is in the 4-5 group! More power to her, I could never survive that! ha

I'm not sure how many kids my friends want. My bff wants 3 and I'd be happy to stop at 2.

My DH and I want 4 children! We both always wanted a large family! I came from a family of 3 and DH is just him and his sister.....so we want 4!! Most of our friends I think only want 2 though.

In think if we all had unlimited resources, many of our friends would have 3 or even 4 kids, but I'm pretty sure the vast majority of us will end up with 2.

I'm thinking 3 or 4, my close friends are thinking MAYBE 1. But they're nowhere close to starting families, so maybe that will change.

Most of our friends want two, we want four. I think if we were younger DH would say six, but he's a little crazy sometimes.

I have no idea how many kids my friends want. Most of my friends don't have any. Some have one, and one is pregnant with her second.
