Olive gets excited when I pick her up at daycare, but I wouldn't say she really misses me with her whole heart and soul!
But Charlie does miss me, especially since Bee and I switched bedtimes and I put down Olive every evening. When I pick up at Charlie school, sometimes he will run towards me with a huge smile on his face and leap into my arms! I need to get it on video or something, because I know it's not going to last and I will want to remember this forever.

LO misses daddy and talks about him a lot when he isn't around!

I don't think so 
I know my toddler misses daddy and he gets happy when I pick him up but it's nothing like when daddy gets home. The baby is very attached to me but I'm also her only source of food lol.

My toddler tells mr every morning when I get him that he missed me lol. And whenever either he or I leave for an errand, he always gives me a huge hug and kiss upon returning.

She's happy to see us when we've been away from home for a few days, but she seems to be happier to see daddy than mama... But I wouldn't say she truly misses us. Yet.

DH swears that our LO runs for me and is more excited to see me when I've been gone for a few hours than when he gets home from work. I am not sure if he is right but she does miss the parent that isn't around!

Nope! My biggest fear about going back to work was that she would pine for me all day..... no chance!! She barely notices I'm gone!! The daycare staff said that she is the easiest settle-in they have ever had!

Most definitely. I'm usually with him 24/7, but occasionally he will spend the night at my in-law's house. When he sees me he runs up to me and gives me a big hug, which is them followed by, "I love you mommy. I miss you." Melts my heart every time.

Yep. He goes to his dad's house every other weekend and always says ge missed me. He's at Disney world with my parents now and still called to say he's missing me.

Yup. I could be gone for a few hours and she says that she misses me. She misses her daddy a lot since she doesn't spend a lot of time with him M-F.
