Our 11mo gags himself sometimes. It is so gross and annoying and occasionally leads to him actually throwing up a little. I think he does it when he is bored or wants attention!
Our 3.5 year old certainly does annoying things...but nothing that I would consider a "habit"

Habits: 8 month old flips during diaper changes and always tries to grab the poopy diaper. it's ridiculous trying to change her these days! ha
3 year old: she says "but mom" about 100x a day. It makes my head hurt ha.

Every once in awhile she grinds her teeth, and then keeps doing it because she thinks our cringing reaction is super funny. she's only done it like two or three times, but it is terrrrrrible.

One of Bennett's soothing mechanism is fiddling with my wedding ring or my earring. I really hate the earring thing - it hurts! And even the ring, he sometimes will jam his thumbnail into my finger in the gap between my wedding and engagement ring. I'm not a fan of it.

Not a habit, but L thinks spit lotion is the greatest thing ever. If she comes at my face with spit on her hands one more time I may need to be institutionalized.

The 11m old thinks her nostrils were made to have fingers stuck up them....like WAY up them. Considering how snotty she has been for the last month, it's super gross.
And the 3 year old...ummm...is 3? 
Some days there are too many to list. haha.

DS is 2 and says/calls for me just because. I love that he calls me, but sometimes I'm tired of responding "yes baby" when all he wants is to say "mama" repetitively for no reason other than to just say "mama". And if I ignore him, he'll continue saying it anyhow or switch it up to "mommy or honey". lol

DD was grinding her teeth for a while and it was awful! She loves sticking her finger up her nose (or my nose...). She now occasionally grabs at her genitals during diaper change... And she loves rubbing her whole head with hands filled with food during dinner!

My almost three year old will ask questions all day long (mostly "why?"), and if I don't give a satisfactory answer, I get the follow-up, drawn-out "but whhhhyyyy?" Drives me nuts!

I don't know if it counts as a habit, since he's unaware and doing it in his sleep, but he grinds his teeth and it freaks us out!

My three year old picks her fingers. It drives me crazy! Especially when we are in the car and she tells me she is doing it when I clearly cannot see her (she is rf). Argh.
Hmm for my one year old- his newest thing is instead of swallowing his beverage he lets it trickle down his chin. He doesn't do it often though thankfully.
