Charlie and Olive don't look alike at all. Their individual features -- eyes, nose, lips, ears, etc. are all different. I expected them to look alike for some reason, because my brother and I looked a lot alike growing up. Plus I look like my mom and my brother looks like my dad. Charlie and Olive don't really look like either of us either.
But I see so many siblings that don't look alike lately. Do your kids look alike? Did you look like your siblings growing up?

I don't think they do at all but others say they see the resemblance. They have different colored hair, type of hair, facial features...I'm not even sure LO2 is mine. Kidding 
but she looks so different from all of us.

Everyone thinks our girls are twins. I'll grant you that their hair and eyes are the same color, but they have different skin colors and completely different face shapes. My younger two have exactly the same nose

Not at all. The only feature they share is their nose. Everything else is different, even their hair.

My youngest sister and I look very similar. My middle sister looks more like my dad, while the youngest and I favor our mom.

People ask me if they are identical all the time. They look very different to me, but at the same time they look a lot more alike than they used to! (Below at 1 month and 11 months)

I think they look like siblings, but they don't look alike - they have very different features! My sister and I look nothing alike, and DH and his two sisters all look nothing alike too... so I wasn't too surprised. I really had no idea what to expect.

Today for the first time someone told me "Wow, you can really tell they are sisters" - and I was surprised. DD1 is a total mini me (even strangers comment on this all the time), and DD2 so far seems to look more like my husband. They have the same skin and hair coloring but their features are entirely different, IMO.

@lawbee11: No, people don't understand it! I usually say, no they're fraternal because one's a boy and one's a girl and one person said yeah, but are their faces identical? Um, that's not a thing.
