Ever since it was given to them in the nicu and our pediatrician told us to continue it, our twins get it. We give them Enfamil Poly-Vi-Sol with Iron every night in their bottle.

We started recently with the gummy bear vitamins. I was hoping it would slow down the winter sicknesses, but so far no luck!

Yes we give him a multi vitamin with fluoride. He actually loves to take it, he always has. It smells terrible but he says yummy and asks for more!

No, but he gets vitamin D and B12 almost every day, and flax oil with DHA.

@MoonMoon: would you mind sharing what brands you use? I'm researching a B12 supplement for my toddler right now.

My 1 yr old takes PolyViSol because she's slightly anemic. My 3 yr old takes a Flinstones toddler chewable.

My 2.5 year old takes a multi vitamin with omega 3 and probiotics. My 4 month old just takes vitamin d when I remember.

The baby gets vitamin d when I remember too, and probiotics. I asked the pediatrician about a multi vitamin for the 2.5 yo and she said it wasn't necessary. She's a pretty good eater but I don't know if that's why.

I'm currently researching for a chewable with iron that's not a gummy for the almost 4 yo.

@Orchid: we use this spray, I've heard sprays are better absorbed. DH and I use the same: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0014JOBXS/ref=mp_s_a_1_2_a_it?qid=1456581546&sr=8-2&keywords=vitamin+b12+spray&pi=SY200_QL40&dpPl=1&dpID=31g45zGUIeL&ref=plSrch

My 2.5 year old gets a chewable with iron - I'm paranoid about iron as we had to supplement iron when she was younger and we don't eat much meat. We used to use Flinstones vitamin but I saw it had an artificial sweetener so we switched to one they had at Whole Foods.

@danda: what brand and is it a gummy or tablet? Anemia runs in my family and both girls were anemic when they were younger. DD1 actually has thalassemia minor so our pediatrician keeps close tabs on their levels.
We make a very conscious effort to include iron rich foods in our diet and so far have done a good job maintaining their levels since we stopped supplements! But definitely looking into adding a multi with iron for DD1 as she's starting to get picky.

My older son does because he is a terrible eater. We used to do a gummy but our doc suggested a chewable because they have iron in it. We do the target version of the flintsones.

@regberadaisy: we have Nature's Way Alive Multivitamin Children's Chewable. Iron in it isn't very high - 5 mg per daily dose of two tablets. Flinstones with iron is 18 mg per one tablet (2-3 years old get half tablet and over 4 years is one tablet).
