We want 2 children with the option of a 3rd.
My MIL thinks 3 is a must because she had 3 children. My parents also want us to have 3 because they had two and my mom had her tubes tied....they had baby fever a few years later but they weren't able to reverse it.
Do your parents want you to have a certain number of kids?

My dad just asked us yesterday if we were going to have 5 total. 
My parents had 5, so apprently that's the perfect number.

I think they assume we're going to have 2, but I've never asked what they think about this matter!

I think as long as there are grandchildren my parents are happy, and of course my mom would like more, but there's no pressure. Yet at least. Luckily my brother just had a baby so my mom is happy for now and my sister doesn't have kids so she should be next to get pressure, not me.

My mom had 3. She thinks I should stop at 2.
All my aunts and etc tell me to have 3 or 4 (they cray)
Mom tells me they're crazy and not to listen.
2 is a good number says she!

My mom wants us to stop at 2. Any time I tell her about friends with 3 (or 4) she sighs and says they have mental issues.

My mom said she wishes I could have two girls and a boy (in that order). 
Really they just want me to have kids period because they know how much I want them.

At least 2. Maybe 4!! My older brother and SIL don't want kids, and younger brother is a loooong way off....DH and I are my parents' only chance for grandkids!!

I think they would like at least two. My mom is always going on about how terrible it is that my nephew is an only child.

My parents don't care how many we have. We're planning on having two with the option of a third. They have voiced that they want us to wait until we're closer to home before we have anymore.

My dad has asked about 17 times if after this LO we were only having one more. He really only wants us to have 2 at the most. We will do what WE want.

My MIL would like me to have a million give or take a few, with forgiveness granted if I go through menopause before I get a million. I don't want to ask my parents.
