Timely topic! This morning my gums started bleeding when I was brushing and it is very disturbing. I just had a cleaning a few weeks ago so I know my oral health is good but I was shocked at how much blood and how bad one spot looked.

Yup. I bought an electric toothbrush and started using listerine once or twice a week and I have noticed an improvement.

Yes. They bled mostly in the middle of my pregnancy and at the tail end. My dentist said it was normal. I tried to keep flossing but it was discouraging that the bleeding was still there. I have heard that vitamin C can help with bleeding gums. *shrug* couldn't hurt.
