With my last pregnancy I was not happy with my OB/Gyn or her nurse and decided that I would look for a new OB/Gyn before I was pregnant again. I started seeing a new OB/Gyn when we were TTC last fall and really liked her style and felt like I was being treated as a person, not a patient. She's very genuine and I like her. She is the only doctor in the practice and it's fairly new (a year or less).

Since January, she's gone through several front desk/billing people. She's also gone through a few nurses. I cannot stand the current nurse - she doesn't speak properly (it's very casual/street talk, not professional and she can't pronounce medical terms). I've been getting more frustrated every time I go - appointments are late (employees come in after the office opens), the nurse doesn't seem intelligent, and to top it all off I found out today my billing is so messed up (example - claims from September and December were never filed and they're trying to get straight now).

I think I've hit the point of no return. Even though I love the doctor, dealing with the employees is terrible. Have you changed OB's mid-pregnancy? I'm 24 weeks now and I'm worried about switching to a different practice.
For my medical insurance, I've met my deductible and almost my out-of-pocket maximum already...
