Since my back has spasmed at least 4 times since giving birth last June the chiropractor sent me for an MRI this week. I went this morning to get the results and one of the other doctors told me that I have mild arthritis in my back and a pinched nerve. What did you do for a pinched nerve? Did you see an orthopedist?

My chiropractor adjusts me and I get STIM. Pop some ibuprofen and it goes away in a few days. I get them in my neck sometimes

I've had a lot of pinched nerves over the years. I ended up having a badly herniated disc and got a discectomy (back surgery) last year.
Try the ibuprofen and Icing your back (no heat). Good luck. -
My dad has a recurring one. When he gets it he just ices it & if it's bad he will take meds. His is in his lower back & can keep him from walking & has made him fall to the floor out of nowhere before too. It can be really scary.
