this eyeliner look is so cute and I cannot get it right! I know how to wing my eyeliner...but in a sexy/cat eye way. This girl's is more like a playful doll way.

Agree with the others, it looks like it's 80% fake lashes (BIG ones) and 20% liquid black liner
