I don't but DH likes them. He gets off work at 8:30 and I want to surprise him with a nice breakfast.
Do you just mash up the banana or slice and add it to the batter?

I wish someone would surprise me with a pancake breakfast!
I used to eat them. My Dad made them for us when we were kids. He just sliced them and put them in, or quartered slices or something. He liked the hunk of banana more than just the flavor I guess.

I've never had these before, I would think you would just slice up the banana small and mix it in, much like blueberries.

I usually stay away from banana baked good because I don't like that consistency of mashed bananas. But I do like banana bread, maybe I should try it one time.
