I didn't change my last name but everyone writes my husbands name on everything. Even our insurance guy changed my last name.

My uncle gave me a cheque once with my maiden name on it. My married name is much easier to say and write so people have embraced it.

my main email still has my maiden name. Two years later and I am still too lazy to change it. I really need too.

I never changed my name so I write out my maiden name every single day! Lots of older relatives address cards/checks/etc. to “Mr. and Mrs. my husband’s full name” which does burn me a little; but whateves.

I still get some junk mail (and one credit card - oops) in my maiden name. It's been a couple years since I changed it, so I get sort of nostalgic now when I see it!

I only changed my last name on the stuff that "matters" like financial stuff -- bank, loans, credit cards (and obv driver's license and ssn). But I never got around to changing it on utility bills and stuff so I still get a fair amount of things addressed to my maiden name. As well as my email, which really confuses people apparently.

My checking account and my work credit card still have my maiden name because they require that I fax them a copy of my marriage license and I've been too lazy to do it. I think this is a ridiculous requirement though since if I were a new customer my drivers license would be good enough!

Tons of stuff, since I dropped my middle name and moved my maiden name to my middle name.

I changed my name on everything official, but I never got new checks. So my checks still say my maiden name, and I have to remember to sign it that way, but our joint account is in our new name with new checks. Sometimes I mess up.

Before I had lo I still called myself by my maiden name. After baby things changed for me and I stopped using it. Weird!

i still use my maiden name at work, so yes, a lot! i use my maiden name much more than my married name.

I didn't have a middle name growing up so I moved my maiden name over to my middle name and sign everything First Name, Middle Name, Last Name.

I use my maiden name professionally, and my married name socially (and for legal documents). It gets a little confusing!

I'm in transition right now. Anything legal still has my maiden name, but everything personal I write my married name. I'm waiting on my marriage certificate to come in though.

I still use my maiden name, and haven't changed it. I'm attached to it, i suppose. It's a good thing DH isn't super traditional. But my sister likes to hint that i should change it by addressing things to me with DH's last name.

Our mortgage/deed still has my maiden name and my professional license. I'm too lazy to change it!

Funny my mom also wrote me a check for my bday and put my maiden name. Old habits I guess!

I have my married name on most things by now, except utility bills and my care card... Oh and my passport, but I haven't gone anywhere since the honeymoon.
I checked my hubs phone yesterday and he still had me under my maiden name. I made a big fuss about how I went to all the trouble of changing my name and he can't even change it in his phone!? Then I made him change it. LOL

I never changed my last name - so most things still come with my maiden name on them. However, when DH's family send us cards they usually send them to "The ____'s."
Ah well, I'll pick my battles

If I get checks written to my maiden name I just sign it with my maiden name and countersigned with my married name. My HSA charges an arm and a leg for checks so I still have that name on my checks, and I kept my maiden name at the dry cleaner bc my married name is super common. And bc it's so common I can't figure out an email address that will work with my maiden name.
