He had one over his crib, but I had to take it down when it got in the way of the video monitor view. He has one over his changing table (need to put it back up since we moved!).

Yep, I made her a butterfly mobile in my last few weeks of pregnancy. The only time she really looks at it though is when we're sitting in the chair in her room while she's drinking a bottle.

2, but they're both still in their boxes (she doesn't sleep in her crib . . . yet!).

Not anymore. She had one over her crib until she started standing up. Now she just has the music box portion of it on her crib. She can't yank that off, as much as she tries.

@mediagirl: My Lo is the same. I had to take it off because not only was she yanking it off, she was spending a lot of time switching it on and off before bed and then working herself into a big state of overtiredness.
I am going to put some poms up instead now for visual interest.

My mother made one for DS that we've yet to put up in the new house but it's little hot air balloons. I can't wait to hang it somewhere though!
