R has been spitting up a lot more this past week. Like 2 bibs in 2 hours this morning. I think she is teething. Could this cause the increase in spit up??

for my LO? a million times 'YES!' She is 15 months and STILL spits up more when teething.

No extra spitting up for my kids, but dd did get her first 2 teeth at 5 months old!

@Smurfette: for mine the increase in drool comes before the spitting up, if it is teething.

Yes, especially when she was younger and cutting her first teeth. It would be drool, extra spit up, and loose stools. So much fun. Now, I don't notice it, but she also hasn't spit up in months.

@lizzywiz: she has been drooling more. DH and I think we feel something but who knows. First time parents not sure what to expect.
@bpcmarj: she has had extra loose stools all week, resulting in diaper leaks just about every day.

Hmmm, maybe this is why my LO has started spitting up a little at 7 months. She had no spit up before.
