I've seen it before. Don't remember where though but probably on CL when I was also looking for a cheap kitchen set. Don't know about lead but you can ask the owner where he/she bought it at? I ended up with a Little Tikes plastic one for $25. It was perfect after a little Lysol and hosed down afterwards. There was too much dog hair stuck in between the cracks.
