Everie. Does it sound made up? Be honest. Lol.

Honestly, yes. Or rather, it sounds like a word just being spelled creatively for naming purposes. I like Ever, but not a huge fan of Everie.

it does a bit, but it's close enough to some fairly well known names that it shouldn't really feel too outlandish to anyone.

I don't hate it! I think it would be adorable for a little girl but I'm not sure how I feel for an adult.

Yes but not in an obnoxious way! I picture a Victorian girl picking flowers in a garden. It's very sweet!

Like @redsmarties I thought of Everly and Emery/Emerie. There seems to be a wave of these Ev/Em names lately. To be honest I wouldn't use it...just because I'd be thinking everie-day, everie-one, etc. Or maybe I'm pronouncing it wrong in my head. Where'd you get it from?

@googly-eyes: hahha...well I had a dream nthat we named this baby that. Lol. I prnouce it like the word "every"

@stargal: Were any E names high on your list before the dream? Glad you don't seem offended... If you are really attached to it, use it, and don't give a crap what I said, lol. Dh had a dream that our next kid was as Julia (not pregnant) and said we should name our next kid that. I said ok, that's a nice name, maybe. Then he proceeded to tell me that we had seven kids in the dream to which I immediately blurted out "NOPE!" Haha. Anyway sorry I've gotten so off topic..

It does sound made up, but not in a bad way. I have to say, though, my first thought was of a little kid trying to pronounce "Everly", but not being able to get the "L" sound.

Aren't all names made up?
I think it's cute, but she'd be forever spelling it out, especially because it's Every with an ie.
(side note: I had a dream recently that I had a girl named Sienna Annalise)

@T-Mom: ya when I googled him it reverie kept coming IP. I couldn't find anyone who has used it as a name before. So maybe to unique.....but I think it has a pretty ring to it.

yes. I would think everyone would just spell it Every and it could be weird. its not bad though...I've heard much worse.

It is pretty but seems a bit made up. I think it would be really cute for a little girl but not as much as an adult. Maybe find a name were that could be the nickname.
