I took an hour-long boxing class this morning, my first serious workout in 5 years. I have no idea what I was thinking - actually clearly I wasn't, because I barely survived!
After I felt like the first half the class had passed, I looked over at the clock. It had only been 5 minutes! W.t.f... how did that even happen. I literally stared at that clock in disbelief, because there's no way it had only been 5 minutes. I checked my iPhone though and the clock was right. I have no idea how I survived the next 55 minutes... I'm pretty sure I just shifted into survival mode and stopped looking at that dang clock!
Do you look at the clock while you're working out at the gym?
