My baby is 3m old and he doesn't really like to sleep on me! He will sleep swaddled in my arms but never just conks out on my chest or anything. Neither of my kids have been super cuddly, I guess.

That's the only place she wants to sleep. Will sleep for hours on me. I have to trick her to get her in the crib... I've recently stopped fighting her for naps because I also love the snuggles and I can normally get her in the crib at bedtime.

Yes he does! I am his favorite place to sleep. Makes it hard to get stuff done sometimes, but other times I just enjoy the snuggles!

Yep, she's only 4.5 weeks old now, but for the first three weeks or so, my chest was the only place she would sleep. Now she sleeps in her bassinet for a few hours, but mostly prefers to sleep on me (or DH if he is lucky).

She did when she was a newborn. Then from like 2-4 months she almost never slept on me. Then all of a sudden she wanted to be rocked to sleep and held for all naps and she would only sleep on me. Then we sleep trained around 6.5 months and now on the occasions I need her to sleep on me it is sort of a battle to get her to relax but she does eventually.

My daughter is almost 3 years old and still prefers to sleep ON me. Her ideal pillow is 1) my stomach, or 2) my pillow, with her body thrown over mine. I am looking forward to sleeping BY MYSELF at an upcoming work conference

I pull him on my chest in the early morning when I know he's not hungry but he's fussing... he'll sleep there for much longer than he would if he was in his Rock & Play, and I love the snuggles.

My older did only in the very beginning. And then only when sick. Then from age 1-2 he would sleep on me on a plane. We haven't flown in 6 months so I doubt he would even sleep on me then!

He's never really liked to sleep on my chest, but for naps he still only likes to sleep in my arms. Moving him to the crib for naps is really hit or miss!

T did for the first 6ish months. Now he absolutely does not. He wants to be in his own bed in his own space to sleep. He'll let me rock him to sleep (he has to be rocked to sleep) but after so long of sleeping in my arms he gets unsettled vs settles right down if I put him in his bed.

Both of my boys prefer to sleep on me or DH. However N is 2.5 and he kicks a lot in his sleep. E one the other hand is a pretty chil kid in his sleep at least once he is comfy.

Not anymore. They both need their own space. I think M would love to still be co-sleeping (we did exclusively her first 6 months) because she loves the comfort of having us close by but it's impossible now because she gets so distracted.

Pretty much every nap for a year. LOs three daycares were very patient.

Nope. I wish she would sometimes, but my LO is not cuddly at all. She prefers her freedom.

My daughter was super cuddly and still is at 20 months so yes

My first used to sleep only on me, then often would nap on me before her little sister was born. She'll be 3 next month and still will, if I let her. The baby (13 months) has never been as cuddly (she loves to be held, but doesn't cuddle in, if that makes sense), and will fall asleep in my arms in her room as I rock her down, but won't sleep on my chest the way her big sister loved to.

Yes. They've been teething and have had colds lately so sleep has been rough. Sometimes in the middle of the night the only way I can get them sleeping soundly enough to put down is if we both fall asleep on the couch in my room, then when the other baby wakes up I put baby a down and grab the other. Blake is trying to nurse now, but is so stuffed up that I have a feeling we're heading toward this tonight.

Yes, he sleeps quite well when I'm holding him (but we still need to be in a dark room). I used to be able to hold him and have him fall asleep anywhere, like a bright room with the TV on.

He can pretty much only sleep if someone is holding him. He is a cuddle monster!

Only at night. She'll actually complain if I try to hold her for naps and then pass out as soon as I put her down. It's a blessing and a curse. I'd love the snuggles, but should really spend her naps with big sister. We had a couple weeks in the beginning of cuddles.
