We have a Britax Boulevard and a Graco MyRide. The MyRide has a cupholder and I am amazed how useful (yet dirty) it is!
I'm debating buying the one that goes with the Britax seat.

We have both of those seats too, and honestly, i don't miss the cup holder in the Blvd. I think we actually have it somewhere, we just never attached it.

We have the Graco MyRide too with the dual cupholders. DS isn't old enough to use them yet but I'm sure they'll be useful down the road

We have the Diono Radian RXT and it comes with a cupholder but I haven't used it yet. I keep forgetting about it. Need to remember to install it!

No. We have a Recaro Proride and we haven't found it to be an issue at all. I can hand DS a cup if he asks for something to drink and when done, he hands it back.

@littleveesmommy: we have a diono too and use the cup holder as a toy holder. We put her toy keys, platic rings, or other random toys in there.

no. he's not old enough to really need a cupholder yet, but sometimes, already, i wish it did for when he gets a little older

@T.H.O.U.: we have a britax marathon 70 and a graco myride65 and our britax doesnt have a cup holder either. so far though we dont really use the cup holder
