DH just snorts and hacks and coughs and spits CONSTANTLY. Anyone else?

Every once in a while when we're on a walk, but he knows I HATE it. So. gross. So he usually tries to avoid it.

It's so, SO gross. He started when his allergies got really bad and I think he forgot that he used to not have this disgusting habit...

@mediagirl: my husband has a lot of sinus issues and that's what makes him do it. It disgusts me.

DH doesn't but MIL does. SO gross!!!

@MamaMoose: yes! It's been worse since he has had two endoscopes done, as well. I think they really messed with his workings in there. He goes outside to hack which I think is annoying b/c then the neighbors hear it!!

@highwire: I think so! He also hasn't been back to the allergist, though so he may just need a change in medicine.
Side note - my husband doesn't/has never done any type of tobacco so it's not related to that in our case.

On a separate note, I used to have terrible sinus congestion until i fasted for a few days. On day two, my sinuses completely unclogged and I have been cured for over a year now! Life changing...

@mrbee: I'll tell DH! He's doing the scope procedure Saturday morning, and his doc said 95% of his patients are better after that. We'll see!

Only in the morning...it's like a part of his tooth-brushing routine b/c it makes him gag. UUuuuuggh. Thankfully, I'm a pretty deep sleeper so I usually miss it.
However, I do spit sometimes due to my sinus issues. But I don't think ever in my life have I done that nasty "drawing in" noise before hand, ESPECIALLY if anyone else is around. Blehk!
