Yes, my husband wears a tie to work every day and even on some occasions when he could go without a tie (e.g., a casual wedding), saying it's "his thing."

My dad never (ever) wore ties when I was growing up, so we never got him ties, and I was generally unaware of the whole tie-for-Father's-Day thing. But now I get it and often do give ties to my husband as gifts!

My husband wears a tie every day for work. He also wears them to basically any/all social functions except for dinners out with friends that we know will be very casual.

Yep, he's a bank manager so he wears a suit/tie daily. He's always been in banking/finance, it's actually what got me staring at my first job (where I met him!) hehe...:)

Nope. He's usually in polos, tees and every once in a while, a dress shirt!

He only will if he has to. When we first got together, the only tie he owned was the one that went with his high school uniform. He's never had to dress up for work.

I wish my hubby wore nice clothes to work! He works outside on a farm, so he's always wearing dirty, hole-y clothes. I've only seen him in a suit/tie twice--my best friend's wedding and our own wedding. He cleans up nice; I wish he'd dress up more, but we rarely have any reason to.

His place of work is super casual, so he just wears jeans and a collared shirt or sweater. However, he enjoys dressing up and will wear ties to church, going out, weddings, etc. He looks super hot in a skinny tie with a cardigan and jeans!

@mrsjazz - my husband is also a teacher and also wears a shirt & tie to work pretty much every day. I think it's funny because he doesn't necessarily have to and he set the standard for himself but he does look nice!
