LO spit up this morning on the kitchen floor. Before I could clean it up, my dog lapped up the whole mess. So nasty!

Oh my god, YES. It drives me bonkers. She spits up so much and it's always landing on me, her, the linoleum, the carpet, etc. When it hits the floor, the dogs always find it. SO gross!!!! I will admit to yelling at them when they lap it up.

Isn't that the point of having dogs? The spit up is gross, but once the baby gets to feeding him/;herself, having dogs is a huge blessing!

My LO isn't here yet but I can totally see my dogs doing that. I've even caught them eating each other's puke if I don't get to it fast enough. They are so gross sometimes!

Ewww my dog will eat anything that hits the floor so I don't doubt he will do this too!

Hahaha yes, it so grosses me out!!! They also eat all the food she drops. Their new favorite hangout is under her high chair.

The grossest was when lo had liquid diarrhea that dropped from her diaper onto the tile and by the time I came back with a paper towel it was gone.
And it was my fault ..... I actually had wipeys in my hand but I had a migraine and wasn't thinking clearly so I walked away to get a paper towel, giving the dog a chance to lick it up. Yuck.

@autumnlove - that's better than my dog EATING her POO from a diaper!!! disgusting. after that, i couldn't bear to kiss my dog on the mouth ever again. yuck yuck yuck. she did it not once, but TWICE too. needless to say, i never left a diaper unattended ever again.

heck yes. it's handy when she drops food on the floor thats for sure. I call them organic vacuum cleaners

@Mrs. High Heels: My dog broke into my LO's room when we were away once. We always leave the door closed but he was very determined because he knew we just changed a poopy diaper so he opened the door, found the diaper pail and opened that, and licked her cloth diaper clean! Free diaper service.
