Most of the family texts or calls to keep in touch, but my mom still sends emails now and then! She usually cc's Bee, unless it's a message just for me (happy birthday, etc.). I do the same when I email her.
Does your family cc your SO on emails?

@mrbee: my family doesn't really email (we group text or call), but DH's family emails and everyone is CCd (Dh, Me, Dh's sister, FIL).

NO, but my family isn't much for emails, usually texts. and it's usually just to my sister and I from my mom, and we fill in the men. My dad isn't very text savvy and wouldn't "get" a group message. ha

My family doesn't really send emails. They do group texts and if my husband needs to be included in it, they will include him.
