Sometimes, like today, I clip my top hair back all day and when I take the clip out, it hurts when the hair falls back to its natural place.
Does anyone get what I mean?

YEs!!! When my hair is tied too long it hurts when I undo it.

I know what you mean! If I've had my hair up in a super tight pony tail or messy bun for too long, my scalp hurts when I let my hair down.

Yup. And I always have my hair up. Then when I let it down I feel like scratching my head which makes it oily. Gross.

Yes!! Sometimes if I have my hair up too long it gives me a headache.

Yes! Sometimes I pin my side bangs back and at the end of the day, it hurts when I take the pins out.

Yup, especially if my ponytail is too tight.

Yes! I hate that feeling. I get it from headbands or too tight ponytails. I usually ask my husband to massage my scalp to make it feel better.
