I had a harsh start to the morning with my toddler and it's 9 hours later and I'm still thinking about it and still feeling badly about it. She's so...three! So...toddler! She seriously has this super power over me.
I have to go pick her up from daycare in about 15 minutes. I hope we're okay.

Yes, absolutely!! I see that pitiful look in her eye, and her sad face... end up apologizing and saying, "you still love me right?" - it's amazing how quickly all is forgotten and how easily they forgive! I'm sure everything will be good between you and your girl!!

I totally lost it with my three year old this morning too! For some reason mornings have been so bad lately. I can deal with the not listening, but when its that combined with throwing toys, hitting me or a sibling and hurtful words, I can't maintain my composure. I sometimes feel like losing it is the only thing that gets through. I don't think it's the solution because I end up feeling bad all day!
