@Arden: Kefir is so beneficial! I'd like to start making some for DS.
@yoursilverlining: I should add that the cow isn't ours so I'm not responsible for the milking! It's my MIL's cow. Otherwise I'd be far too lazy to hassle with it haha!

@Arden: DH just bought raw kefir for DD and i thought she would hate it, but she loves yogurt and it smelled/tasted just like liquid yogurt. she had a sip and looked at me and said, mmm, good!

Either organic or from a small, local dairy at the farmer's market! But I try to get the bulk of our produce, meat and eggs this way.
