She has a Mets bear that she just started getting attached to a few months back (she's 25 mo). The bear goes most places with us and she sleeps with it.

nothing until around age 2. we got rid of the pacifier but it may have been coincidence - she suddenly got really attached to a stuffed pink sea turtle. I also think she liked she could hold it really tightly around its tiny neck (sounds creepy when I write it!). now at 3 pink turtle is losing some of his allure to other toys but he's still basically around all the time. also pink turtle is her "baby" who she nurses now that her real baby brother is nursing . . . haha.
