My LO doesn't have any but my friend gave her daughter (20 months)a baby doll before her little brother was born.

She has about 5.
2 larger "kid" cabbage patch dolls (hand me downs from my niece)
1 baby cabbage patch doll (this one is her favorite)
2 cheaper baby dolls (one that cries/laughs but has stiff arms and one that has a magnetic paci) -
She has one, my mom bought it for her. She doesn't do anything with it yet, just pulls it off the shelf so she can such on the doll's feet. Haha.

I'm in the process of making DS a Waldorf doll, but I have been taking a break so some time haha I need to get it finished!

She has 3. One she was gifted for her birthday, one my cleaning lady got her for chanukah, and one my mom got her with a bunch of clothes, diapers, a bottle, etc. when she started showing interest in changing the diaper. All of her dolls are naked though.....
