she has my nephew who's 8hrs away then my husband's cousin's daughter who's about 4 hours away. And none of my close friends have kids.
Buttt the cousin might be moving back soon so I'm very excited!!!

Nope. He has two sisters who have kids that are 8-13 years old. My brother's son is almost 1 but he lives across the country.

He’s not here yet but we have 2 nephews already (3 and 5 years old so not TOO much older than him) and another cousin coming in January so that one will be really close in age! We also have a group of friends that live about an hour away that have gone through a major baby boom in the past year. So far there are 2 babies (both born in March) and 5 more due before January! Only one of them is a girl. I also have 2 cousins who live in town who had babies in the past year, both boys.
Sooooo little guy will have quite a few built in friends when he arrives!

my brother lives about 3 hours away and has a little girl thats 3, she is in LOVE with Pierson and she call herself his boss. LOL.
my cousin lives 2 hours away just had a baby boy 5 weeks after my lo. -
Friends of ours have a 20 month old son, and a daughter who us 2 weeks older than ours she also had a boy cousin who is 20 months old nearby.

DH and I just found out our good friends are pregnant, so our LOs will only be about 8 months apart!

Lots, luckily. Theres actually 2 newborns on my street and most of our friends have kids under 2. My SIL and her husband are probably going to start trying soon, too.

She will! She has a cousin 1 year older, another 1 1/2 older, and 3 friends within months/ days of her!!!

a friend from church has a little girl 3 months older than him. I have three other friends from church who are currently pregnant, so their babes will be nearly a year younger than DS.I need to meet more mommy friends!

My niece is 9 months older than Wagon Jr. but they live in Jersey, about 4 hours away. My childhood best friend had a baby just recently, so he's just 4ish months older than Lil Miss Wagon, but they moved when she was 6 months pregnant. From 10 mins away from us to clear across the country

@regberadaisy: hehe I know! I was SOOO excited when they announced their pregnancy... because it was right around the time they moved close to us... I was so excited to raise our kids together because we grew up together. Sigh. She had to move because she finished her PhD and she has to do her next phase of research far away from the school she studied at, and her in laws are out there... maybe they will come back... someday...

I have a few friends with kids her age, but not too many. Some with kids a few years older. Shes going to have a cousin soon that should be about a year and a half younger

DS had cousins who range from 1 1/2-5 years older than him. he'll be the closest with the 2 years older than him cousin because my sister lives out of state with her 2 children. i have a cousin and uncle whose wives each had babies around the same time as me, but we aren't as close.. i wish i had more friends that had chidren or were close to having children, but most aren't in the same mind set which makes me sad. DH works late and i'm done with work by 3 most days and really wish i had someone to hang out with that had a baby the same age as DS
