My LO doesn't eat much protein. She'll eat some egg and some sausage, but that's about it. :T

I think LO likes the flavour of meat but doesn't actually like eating it. I make jook with either chicken or beef broth and she looooves it. But when I add pureed meet into the jook, she gags.

Proteins are my LO's fav next to fruit. His favorite is chicken, but he also likes beef and ground meat.

DD doesn't eat meat, so most of her protein comes from dairy (she LOVES cheese) and plant-based sources.

charlie also will eat jook/broth beef, but he won't eat the beef though. he eats egg, chicken, sausage, bacon and tilapia & sea bass (sometimes). i guess that's actually pretty good!

Meat is probably her least favorite food group but I know she gets enough protein because she loves beans. Have you tried beans?
The LO does also eat chicken, pork, turkey, and beef so she gets it from other sources, too.

oh man Liv LOVES it. At 9.5 months old she eats it all - tofu, turkey, chicken, beef, lamb, pork, buffalo, eggs, sausages, etc. Her absolute favorite food is broccoli (I know...when shes having broccoli with her meals, I have to make sure she eats enough of everything else before I put it on her tray lol) but girly loves her some protein.
We went BLW, so I never had to puree meats. That would have gagged both of us

LO isn't huge on the finger food in general, but she's eaten chicken and turkey.

He loves meat especially bacon.

Okay! I made meatloaf and stuffed mushrooms today, and LO ate both and loved it!
I guess it's a texture thing? She likes softer meats that she can easily chew and swallow! -
@Boogs: I thought my LO would hate solids forever too. She still likes to nurse more than she likes to eat, but I've been pushing solids and she's been doing really well! I nurse 3 times during the day and 1-2x between 7pm-7am.

My LO loves chicken, hot dogs (I know, bad mommy for giving him hot dogs, but he loves them), sausages and cheese. He's super picky about other stuff, but I feed him what he likes. He loves bow tie pasta with cheese tho!
I need to introduce more things to him, but I'm wary because he is allergic to peanuts.
