I'm starting to make smoothies for myself. My son was not too thrilled. I have to try one sans the greens. My daughter didn't mind it.

@autumnlove: did you end up making it? DD hasn't liked any store bought ones so far. I haven't made one at home yet, but I've been thinking about it.

Haven't tried it yet. I know @Mrs. Pen gives squiggles a green smoothie every morning though and he loves it.

I've been giving him green smoothies since he was six months old and he loves them. He cries when they're gone!

@Andrea: spinach or kale, banana, mango, water, coconut milk and I sometimes add chia or flax seeds.
I often use fruit we have on hand; kiwi, pineapple, coconut, pumpkin, etc... -
