J does! He doesn't ever use me, my or I. Just his name.

She uses her name and me! Me so happy!

she usually says her name, but occasionally she says "me." She has never said "I," though.

He always says "moi!" (Uh, mostly "a moi" - mine - if you want the full sentence. I will confess the mine stage is a heck of a lot cuter in French).
If he sees himself in the mirror or we ask "who's that?" while pointing at him he will say his name though.

Nope, he only refers to himself in the third person!

She's just started saying "E wants up" "E needs milk" and will occasionally say things like "I don't like that."
