LO is 2.5 and every time I go check on her before I go to bed she's sweating. Even if she just has a sheet on and a diaper, with the fan directly on her and windows open. I'm usually comfortable and can even cover up, so I'm not sure what else to do for her? She soaks her pillow and sheets! Does your LO run hot at night?

Yes, DS is hot, just like his dad. It's like sleeping next to two heater blankets

definitely. he's always so sweaty after nap, no matter what he's wearing or what temperature it is.

Somewhat, the problem more is that he loves pajamas and blankets (and lots of them ) so he tends to get too hot because of those. We keep his AC pretty high to help.

LO1 is also like that, which is no fun with eczema.
