I am trying to get LO 2 (almost 3) to stop sucking her thumb or at least do it only at nap/night.
She tries to be sneaky by covering her thumb with her other hand or she sucks her thumb with her hand over her eyes. "I'm not doing it anymore!"

DH was just telling me how DD (13 mo) was being sneaky! DH put something into a trader joe bag sitting out on the kitchen floor then went away. DD immediatley went over to retreive said garbage. When she realized DH was coming back, she totally dropped it back and had the "I didn't do anything" look

@autumnlove: HA! M will throw a blanket over her head to suck her thumb. It's a dang addiction!

@mediagirl: ha, Little thumb fixes! I have to remind her constantly when we are in the car. "Please stop sucking your thumb." Rinse and repeat!
