Does your LO wear the same PJs more than once? My 17 month old usually only wears her PJs once and then I put in in the laundry basket. DH thinks she should wear the same footed pjs at least twice but I noticed that if I put her in the same pjs twice by the second night they are looser and not as snug.

No, because he drools milk out of the corner of his mouth when he nurses at night. They smell like spoiled milk in the morning! When he stops nursing at night I'm sure we'll let him wear them twice though.

No, fresh PJs every night! My toddler eats breakfast in her PJs.

My son will wear his PJs for 2 nights and my daughter wears it for 1 night. She gets leaky diapers from time to time that I may not catch right away. So I buy a bunch of PJs for her and rotate them every night.

nope just once. he eats in them in the morning and gets food all over them! plus with leaky diapers sometimes, it wouldn't work for us!

No, but that's only because he drools on them or chews on them (or spits up on them or has a blow out in them...) so he usually has to have fresh pjs every night!

2 nights if she doesn't spit up on them or has a diaper leak. The weekends are always just one night since stays in them till after her first nap so always gets spit up.

3 nights usually (or more sometimes!). She goes in her pj's immediately after a bath and is out of them immediatly after her morning wakeup in order to do her diaper change. And since she wears a sleep sack over them, it doesn't matter much if they get a little loose on her.
Of course if she leaks or spits up, they get tossed in the laundry. I -
He used to wear one pair a night, but then he got obessed with a particular pair of dino pajamas...so we wash those a lot, lol.

No, she drools, dribbles milk, and often gets a little sweaty in the night. I anticipate that we'll re-wear once she's older.

@lindseykaye: same here! especially now that he's potty trained (and we always change before breakfast, and he has his bath at night). We use pajamas for several days! I rarely change his sheets... they are always pristine. (yay! i have enough laundry to do...)

1 night because he eats breakfast and usually goes down for his first nap in his pj's. I change him for the day after his first nap.

@lindseykaye: That's exactly why I don't mind skipping a night . . . she is freshly bathed, wears a sleep sack, and is changed out of her jammies during her first diaper change.

She wears the same ones until they get dirty. Really, she is so young she doesn't do much in them so unless she has a blowout or spits up them, she keeps wearing them.

@mrs. wagon: Yeah same on the crib sheet. She just is a 'clean' sleeper! No drooling, no spit up, rarely ever a leak anymore.

lo usually ends up wearing his pjs for more than half the day so i guess that could count as twice?

Until they get dirty. When she was a baby they usually only lasted one night because of lots of drool/spit up but now that she's 2 and she only puts them on after her bath and takes them off after breakfast they get washed a lot less frequently.

New pair every night. I notice that his diaper area tends to smell like urine when he wakes up.

depends if she plays before bed or if she knocks out right after her bath. If she plays before bed, they go in the laundry if she knocks out after her bath she wears them again

New pair every night. Thus, lots of PJ's... she wears 2-piece sets and not footed sleepers though. Those I'll let her wear 2-3 nights in a row.

we only have 3 pairs for any given season so plan on 2-3 nights per pair, unless they get dirty somehow (but LO is pretty neat all around). when she was a baby and there was all the milk/spit-up we definitely changed them more.

New pjs every night! She usually spits up on her pjs after her morning feed. Even if not, DH would always put her in clean pjs. The first few months he kept using a fresh towel every night for her bath! I had to stop that and make him use the same one at least 2-3 nights before washing!

Unless he has a diaper leak or spits up, he goes 2-3 nights in his pjs and I change the sheet 1-2x a week. And we use zipsheets, so I only ever have to change the top sheet!

Yes, my daughter wears all of her clothing until it becomes visibly dirty. With pajamas that can be several wears.

2 night as long as there isn't a pee leak! she's a clean sleeper.

Usually 2 nights. LO is swaddled and wears pjs, so any spitup usually ends up on the swaddle. We have more swaddles than pjs.
