She wears one pair all week unless she gets them dirty or pees through her diaper and another pair for the weekend.

Nope: one night in a set of PJs, then into the laundry they go. Not sure that we have a better reason than DW loving to snuggle with DS in clean PJs, but it's good enough for me!

At 22 months she gets new pjs every other night. Like most everyone said she puts on pjs after a bath every night and changes out of them first thing in the morning with her first diaper change. I think we will start going longer when I get pregnant with baby #2 bc I can see myself not doing laundry as frequently

If she doesn't drool/spit up/mess on them the first night, I put 'em on her a 2nd night.
After that 2nd night though they definitely need to be laundered lol.

2 nights, occasionally 3 nights if we're running behind schedule. She rarely leaks and we change PJs before breakfast so they don't get too dirty.

Yep---he doesn't eat in them (changes after dinner and again before breakfast), so they stay clean.
I only change him if the weather requires it or if he leaks. He leaks about once a week. So, sometimes he's in PJs for 4 days straight.
He doesn't spit up because he's nearly one.

They wear the same pair until it is laundry day, so usually 6-7 days. They wear them after their nightly bath and we changed them when they get up so they don't get dirty. Or at least visibly dirty. I am surprised at how many of you change daily! I never ever considered that. My kids are 3.5 yo and almost-2. I guess when they were infants/baby, we changed them more often.

yup, they get several wears unless they get visibly dirty from something but in general he doesn't spit up or drool much. if he is sweaty i will change them though. he also wears the same pjs for naps.

Usually 2 or 3 nights unless her breakfast gets all over them or there's a diaper situation.

We don't have laundry in our apartment, so if we changed every night we'd be in trouble! He is not a big drooler or spitter and rarely has a diaper leak. So we usually go 3-4 nights in jams, esp since he gets a bath every night.

PJs are only worn once here. She has her breakfast in them, which usually means they have food smeared all over by 9am. I definitely wish she wore them more than once though. I always feel like we are running out of clean PJs.
