LO's room doesn't really have a theme, but it's decorated in books. We built 8 picture ledges and put them on either side of her window and filled them with books. We live in an apartment so painting is a bit of a pain since we would have to re-paint when we move out. Does your LO's room have a theme?

The nursery isn't going to have a theme. Just chocolate brown, tan and pink with rustic tones.

No theme...periwinkle walls, a tree decal and white furniture!

No real theme - just light green walls with purple accents and all her furniture is white.

Nope, just soft and feminine taupe, light olive green, and a dusty pink. Ruffled curtain, etc.

We live in an apt. also so ours is super temporary--I used bright colors to decorate, but no theme. Mostly I repurposed stuff from our wedding and from my craft stash.

My Lo's is slightly themed in forest animals mixed with a little vintage boyscout. But it's not overly theme-y.

Yes, it's a map/travel theme. We have a few wall maps, some old road maps that I made into a mobile, and an "Around the World" alphabet of places that we've been.

DS's room has a subtle safari theme. He has a safari quilt that my grandmother made. I also painted wooden letters that spell his name and attached safari animals to them. I like that his room isn't too babyish and can grow with him as is.

I didn't intend to have a theme and nursery is still in progress, but so far little accents and stuff have started to have a little Parisian theme to it.

A nature-y theme? his bedding has leaves on it and there's artwork that has trees in it.

yes yes! for our 1st one who is 2 now, she has a safari/jungle theme. we painted her room blue skies and green hills, put up decor stickers of lion, giraffe, monkey, and bedding to match. for our 2nd one, who is 1 month old, we are going with a undersea theme, so we painted her room blue water and beige sand, put up decor stickers of fish, octopus, whale. it was a fair amount of work but looks great, and are rooms i would have loved to have as a kid. when they are older, they can redecorate the room the way they want.
