My mom does. She ended up being rushed into the OR for a csection. I don't know much about the details (don't know why I never asked) but we both almost died.

My MawMaw has told me on several occasions that she doesn't remember her labors/deliveries.

All my mom remembers is that she had to walk up a big mountain every day to get water (they lived in a third world country then). One day she had contractions during the trip and hiked straight down the mountain and into an infirmary and had me. She credits the strenuous daily trek for such a quick labor with me. For my brother we were living in the states and she delivered him naturally as well, she didn't know an epidural existed until after he was born. To this day she is upset her dr never informing her of the option.

My mom remembers every single detail about her net pregnancy and labor, I've heard the stories a million times lol.

Yup! She remembers both of her birth stories perfectly! With my brother she had to go in for an induction 3 times before it took so he was 3+ weeks late. He was sunny side up & she said it was a very painful labor, but even without pain meds yelped once.

For me she didn't realize she was in labor & thought the Mexican food was just not agreeing with her, my dad was watching nova & yelled that she should be glad she didn't have to give birth to a horse & then she realized they should go the the hospital. In the parking lot the car said 10:00, I was born at 10:10 after she refused to push until my dad made it in the room. She calls me lightning:)

I'm hoping once I get pregnant to have her second birth!

Yes my mom remembers everything for me and my brother. I was a complicated baby after I was born.... Having just told her Im pregnant Im reminded of her pregnancy, labor, delivery, etc of me alot lol
