My last dog LOVED going to the vet. They all loved him so much and gave him tons of attention and treats. When the rescue shelter that we got our new pup at called them for references they said the person at the vet's office raved about our dog.

We've only taken our new pup to the vet once. She also seemed to like it. She lives for attention and belly rubs and she got lots of that. She was very relaxed..... and even took a nap while waiting for the doctor

My 2 year old daughter on the other hand is a whole different story......
