My DH will have the entire basement (minus the laundry area), to himself when we move into our house. He is super pumped. He said I could have one of the rooms down there someday when it's all fixed up. Until then, he can have it all!

DH's office is his man cave. It is a mess in there, and i don't even bother having the cleaning lady clean it..

No, we don't have the room for him to have one. He wants one so bad. I think it's dumb. He can play his xbox in the living room, he doesn't need an extra room!

He had the spare bedroom until C was born. Then he decided to move his computer and stuff downstairs so that he could spend more time with her.
I wish he'd move it back up there.

Yes, one room in the house is his man cave. But if we have a #2, he'll have to give it up OR buy us a bigger house! ;P

His man cave is the spare room that will one day be the nursery. He barely uses it though. His bachelor couch is in there along with his guitars and a ton of work stuff. He uses my desk in my home office or works in the living room or family room-paperwork is everywhere He would probably spend more time in there if I didn't veto a third TV for the room. I think two people, two TVs are plenty.

Yup, the basement is his man cave and it was one of his "requirements" for a house while we were searching. He better enjoy it now because in a few short years it will become the kids' playroom!

No but he always talks about it. I told him I want a crafting room if he gets his own man cave.

Kinda. He has his office that he gets to decorate however he wants... whether I like it or not... That is pretty much his space since he is a computer nerd and loves his programming and computer games. We have our glider for the nursery in there right now so I can chill with him with my time off on my laptop while he is on his computer. He loves it.

not any more... it's currently undergoing transformation from man-cave-come-guest-room to nursery!
I have had to let him move into my craft room so now we share that space instead...

Nope, there's no room in the house for it. I'm not sure if he'd want one..... other then a place to put all of his crap that I never let him hang up (now its' all in his cubicle at work). But for the most part we like to sit and watch tv together so he wouldn't really be hanging out in there.

Lol no. I never quite understood the whole man cave thing... We do have an office we share that has all his collectibles and guitars up, but he's always said he didn't care about a man cave since we share the same interests. It would just be a "grown up cave" if we had one!
