Done - owed the state but got a federal refund! I always owe the state.

Done! Just submitted them about an hour ago. We owed about 3k to fed, and 700 to state.

We did them last weekend. We got a whopping return of $161. I'm actually very happy to be so close to netting zero. No big tax bill but I also know I didn't give the government a huge interest free loan! : )

We will break almost exact this year. Normally owe but having a child and extra deductions will help. Doing taxes tonight.

we did them awhile back and got a refund, but we have to pay our state cause DH works in the neighboring state. lame! but only $107.

Strange as it may be, I love to do taxes. We got our Fed back before Valentine's Day. The state was refunded shortly after.Then i just got a notice saying we actually owe (agggh) due to incomplete documents! Turns out I forgot to mail in the w2s in my hurry to mail it out. It was good i did it early though bc they could correct my error with a simple fax, just in time and I didn't have to amend it. And now we get to keep our refund after all.

We got our refund while we were on vacation last week. =) =). So nice to have a little surprise injection of cash!!

We did ours early in February and got a HUGE refund. We are still waiting on one of the states returns though, which is odd...but that one was only a few hundred.

We had ours done about a month ago, we owed federal butthr state and local refund almost offset what we owe. I felt pretty good about that.

We have just sent them in. We get a small refund in our state taxes but have to pay federal. They basically cancel each other out.

Ugh, I hate taxes! We just finished ours - got a refund from state and we had to pay federal so we actually paid more than we got back. Plus we had to pay for Turbo Tax.
Our taxes always confuse me because we live in one state and work in another.

Done and our refund is already in the bank! I love having a birthday around tax season!! DH always gets money back and I reap the benefits.
